SATO Oyj -- Moody's assigns Baa3 to Sato's proposed backed unsecured notes, stable outlook

London, 24 August 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a Baa3 long-term rating to the proposed issuance of backed senior unsecured notes to be issued by Sato Oyj (Sato). The notes will be jointly and severally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by Sato's wholly owned subsidiaries, Sato-Asunnot Oy and SATOhousing Oy. The outlook on the rating is stable. The assigned rating assumes there will be no material variations to the draft legal documentation and the size of the issuance remains subject to market conditions. Sato's Baa3 long-term issuer rating and stable outlook are unaffected by the new rating assigned.
