SAS AB -- Moody's upgrades SAS AB to B3 from Caa1; positive outlook

London, 05 March 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today upgraded to B3 from Caa1 the corporate family rating (CFR) and to B3-PD from Caa1-PD the probability of default rating (PDR) of SAS AB. Concurrently, Moody's has upgraded the company's subordinate ratings to Caa2 (LGD6) from Caa3 and affirmed the senior unsecured rating at (P)Caa1 (LGD4). The outlook on the ratings remains positive.
