Riverside Finance Plc -- Moody's assigns Aa3 debt rating to Riverside Finance Plc's proposed GBP250 million Secured Bonds; outlook stable
London, 21 November 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today assigned an Aa3 senior secured debt rating to the proposed GBP250 million bond issuance of Riverside Finance Plc, a special borrowing vehicle of Riverside Group (Aa3, stable). The outlook on the debt rating is stable.
