REXAM PLC -- Moody's withdraws all ratings of REXAM PLC
New York, September 30, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has withdrawn all ratings for REXAM PLC ("Rexam") following its disclosure that it was acquired by Colorado-based manufacturing firm Ball Corporation ("Ball"). The effective close date of the transaction was June 30, 2016. Rexam has ceased to be an independent company, all outstanding debt was paid down and its operations are now wholly owned by Ball.
