RBC Municipal Products LLC (Muni. Deriv.) -- Moody's reviews amendment to Series Trust Agreements for RBC Municipal Products LLC Floater Certificates, Trust Series O-66

New York, May 29, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, at the request of RBC Municipal Products, LLC, has reviewed the proposed amendment dated as of May 29, 2014 (the Amendment) to the Series Trust Agreement relating to the Floater Certificates Trust Series O-66. Based upon this review, Moody's has determined that the deposit of additional floater certificates will not have an adverse effect on the credit quality of the certificates and therefore will not, in and of themselves and as of this time, result in reduction or withdrawal of Moody's ratings. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amendment could have other, non credit-related effects.
