Raspadskaya, OAO -- Moody's affirms Raspadskaya's rating at B2; changes outlook to stable from negative
London, 27 December 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed Raspadskaya OAO's corporate family rating (CFR) and probability of default rating (PDR) at B2 and B2-PD, respectively, and changed the outlook from negative to stable. Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed the rating on the senior unsecured debt issued by Raspadskaya Securities Ltd., a limited liability company incorporated in Ireland, and its PDR at B2 and B2-PD (with a loss-given-default (LGD) assessment of LGD4, 50%), respectively.
