Prestige Brands, Inc. -- Moody's Assigns B1 to Prestige Brands' New Term Loan B-3

New York, April 27, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") today assigned a B1 rating to Prestige Brands, Inc.'s proposed new $853 million Term Loan B-3. Proceeds of the new term loan will be used to refinance the company's existing $218 million Term Loan B-1 and $660 million Term Loan B-2. Upon closing of the new Term Loan B-3, Moody's expects to withdraw ratings on the Term Loans B-1 and B-2. All other ratings are unchanged. The outlook is stable.
