Parsley Energy LLC -- Moody's Upgrades Parsley Energy's CFR to B3, Outlook Positive
New York, December 16, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") upgraded Parsley Energy, LLC's (Parsley) Corporate Family Rating (CFR) to B3 from Caa1, Probability of Default Rating to B3-PD from Caa1-PD, and senior unsecured notes rating to Caa1 from Caa2. The senior notes are co-issued by Parsley and Parsley Finance Corp. The rating outlook remains positive. Moody's affirmed the SGL-3 Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating.
