Paraguay, Government of -- Moody's Assigns a Ba3 Rating to Paraguay's 2023 Bond
New York, January 18, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Ba3 rating to the $500 million bond issued by the government of Paraguay, maturing on January 25, 2023. The rating matches the sovereign rating of Paraguay , which was upgraded to Ba3 from B1 with a stable outlook on January 8, 2013.
