PANAMA-BUENA VISTA UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT, CA -- Moody's has updated the sale amount for 2016 Trust CTFs. Evidencing Ownership in Panama Buena Vista USD, CA QZAB Lease, ratings unaffected
New York, April 25, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service reports that the change to the sale amount for BluePath Series 2016-1 Trust Certificates evidencing ownership in the Taxable Lease Agreement (Qualified Zone Academy Bonds, Tax Credit) of Paname Buena Vista Union School District (CA) which we rated April 13, 2016 will have no impact to the assigned A3 rating. The corrected sale amount is $30 million.
