Pampa Energia S.A. -- Moody's assigns first time B3 rating to Pampa Energía; stable outlook
New York, January 06, 2017 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") assigned a B3 Corporate Family Rating ("CFR") to Pampa Energía S.A. ("Pampa"). At the same time, Moody's assigned a B3 rating to the company's proposed long term senior unsecured notes. Proceeds from the notes will be used to refinance debt and for capital investments as well as other general business purposes. The outlook on the ratings is stable.
