Hong Kong, July 25, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded to B3 from B2 the corporate family rating (CFR) of P.T. MNC Investama Tbk. (BHIT) and to Caa1 from B3 the bond rating of the $365 million senior secured notes issued by its wholly owned subsidiary Ottawa Holdings Pte. Ltd., and guaranteed by BHIT.
