Ontario, Province of -- Moody's: Ontario debt burden to remain manageable despite rising borrowing
Toronto, October 03, 2016 -- The Province of Ontario's (Aa2 stable) debt burden and debt service levels will remain manageable, even as it increases borrowing over the medium term, as it benefits from an improving fiscal position and the low level of interest rates, said Moody's Investors Service.
