Old Mutual Plc -- Moody's revises Old Mutual's rating outlook to negative from stable; affirms senior debt rating at Baa3
New York, December 21, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the Baa1 insurance financial strength (IFS) rating of Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (South Africa) Limited, (OMLAC(SA)) and the Baa3 senior debt rating of Old Mutual Plc (Old Mutual). The outlook for the ratings has been revised to negative from stable.
