New York, September 16, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service confirms the A3 rating on the Ohio Capital Asset Financing Program (OCAF) Fractionalized Interest Series 2008B and concludes the review for possible downgrade. This action affects $2.0 million in outstanding general obligation limited tax debt. The rating was placed on review for potential downgrade due to pressures exhibited by a pool participant, however, upon completion of the review, the rating has been determined to be appropriately positioned.
