Ohio Air Quality Development Authority -- Moody's corrects the current rating and rating history on CUSIP 677525TE7 issued by Ohio Air Quality Development Authority

New York, September 08, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has corrected the seniority on the 5.75% revenue bonds due June 1, 2033 (CUSIP 677525TE7) issued by Ohio Air Quality Development Authority and backed by FirstEnergy Solutions Corp to senior secured from senior unsecured. The seniority on these bonds changed on June 30, 2009, but due to an internal administrative error, Moody's did not process the change at that time. Moody's is also correcting the current rating on these bonds to Baa2 from Baa3, as well as correcting the rating history. The corrected senior secured history is as follows:
