Odebrecht Engenharia e Construcao S.A. (OEC) -- Moody's places the Odebrecht's Baa3/Aa1.br under review for downgrade
Sao Paulo, June 20, 2015 -- Moody's America Latina (Moody's) placed under review for downgrade the Aa1.br senior unsecured issuer rating on its Brazilian national scale assigned to Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção S.A. (OEC). At the same time, Moody's Investors Service placed under review for downgrade the Baa3 senior unsecured issuer rating assigned on its global scale to OEC.
