Odebrecht Engenharia e Construcao S.A. (OEC) -- Moody's America Latina takes action on Odebrecht's rating; outlook negative
Sao Paulo, February 25, 2016 -- Moody's America Latina (Moody's) has today withdrawn the Aa1.br national scale issuer rating and assigned a Aa2.br national scale corporate family rating to Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção S.A. (OEC). At the same time, Moody's Investors Service withdraw OEC's Baa3 local currency issuer rating and assigned a Ba2 Corporate Family rating to this company. The outlook for all ratings is negative. This rating action concludes the review for downgrade initiated on December 10, 2015.
