NYSE Euronext Holdings LLC -- Moody's Confirms A2 Senior Debt Ratings of Intercontinental Exchange Inc.

New York, January 25, 2016 -- Moody's has today confirmed the long and short-term ratings (senior debt at A2) of Intercontinental Exchange Inc. ("ICE"). This concludes Moody's review that began on October 26, 2015 following ICE's announcement that it had agreed to acquire Interactive Data Corporation ("IDC"). The IDC merger closed in December 2015 together with a smaller acquisition of a European energy trading platform (Trayport). The rating outlook is stable.
