Northern Tier Career Center, PA -- Moody's downgrades seven Pennsylvania school district pools

New York, September 21, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service downgrades the Pennsylvania State Public School Building Authority, PA's (SPSBA) Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013 (Central Montgomery County Area Vo-Tech School Authority) to A1 from Aa3; Lease Rental Series A of 2011 (Qualified School Construction Bonds) to A2 from A1; Lease Rental Series D of 2011 (Qualified Zone Academy Bonds) to A2 from A1; Lease Rental Series B of 2011 (Qualified Zone Academy Bonds) to A2 from A1; Jefferson County-Dubois Area Vocational-Technical School Revenue Bonds, Series of 2012 to A2 from A1; and School Revenue Bonds (Clarion County Career Center Project), Series 2008 to A3 from A2. We have also downgraded the Troy Borough Municipal Authority's Northern Tier Career Center Area Board Revenue Bonds, Series of 2011 to A2 from A1.
