North Broward Hospital District, FL -- Moody's Downgrades North Broward's LOC-backed Rev. Bonds Ser. 2005A to Aa3, Affirms Aa1 of Ser. 2007.
New York, March 04, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded to Aa3 from Aa1 the long-term joint support letter of credit (LOC)-backed rating of the North Broward Hospital District, Hospital Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2005A and affirmed the Aa1 long-term joint support LOC-backed rating of the North Broward Hospital District, Hospital Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2007 (each series of bonds referred to collectively as the Bonds). The VMIG 1 rating on the Bonds remains unchanged.
