NGPL PipeCo. LLC -- Moody's downgrades NGPL; outlook remains negative
New York, January 16, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") today downgraded the ratings of NGPL PipeCo, LLC (NGPL), including its Corporate Family Rating (CFR) to Caa2 from B3 and Probability of Default Rating (PDR) to Caa2-PD from B3-PD. The Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating was affirmed at SGL-4 and the rating outlook remains negative.
