New York, April 18, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") confirmed the senior unsecured rating of NetApp, Inc. at Baa1, and changed the rating outlook to negative. Despite still solid debt protection measures, "the outlook change reflects NetApp's challenges to grow revenue and profitability as it contends with the broader market's transition to evolving storage architectures including flash and cloud-based storage solutions", said Moody's Senior Vice President, Richard Lane. This concludes a review for downgrade initiated on December 22, 2015.
