NCL Corporation Limited -- Moody's revises NCL's outlook to stable
New York, May 12, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") today revised the rating outlook of NCL Corporation Limited to stable from negative. At the same time, Moody's affirmed NCL's Ba3 Corporate Family Rating and Ba3-PD Probability of Default Rating. Moody's also assigned a Ba2 rating to NCL's proposed $750 million senior secured revolving credit facility due 2021 and a Ba2 rating to NCL's $1,161 million senior secured Term Loan A due 2021.
