Moody's withdraws the rating of Class A-IO from Deutsche Mortgage Securities Series 2004-5

New York, February 13, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has withdrawn the rating of Class A-IO from Deutsche Mortgage Securities Series 2004-5. This rating was withdrawn on January 5, 2009, as set forth in the press release announcing rating actions on this transaction. Due to an internal administrative error, however, the rating of the Class A-IO tranche was not withdrawn from our ratings database, and was mistakenly referenced in the press release announcing the March 3, 2011 rating action on the transaction. The press release announcing the March 3, 2011 rating action has been corrected, and the rating of the Class A-IO tranche has been withdrawn. The rating history for the Class A-IO tranche has also been corrected.
