New York, August 11, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed of a non-permitted equity transfer of indirect ownership interests in the borrower for the Brennan Industrial Portfolio Loan in the WFRBS 2012-C8 transaction. The equity transfer will result in the transfer of indirect ownership of the Brennan Industrial Portfolio from USIP Investor Entities to Northstar Realty Finance Corp., with the key principals of Brennan Investment Group remaining as guarantors.
