Moody's: Vallauris II CLO PLC ratings unaffected by change of manager

London, 03 December 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that Vallauris II CLO PLC (the "Issuer"), a managed cash flow CLO, entry into a Deed of Accession between among others the Issuer, Natixis (as retiring Collateral Manager), Natixis Asset Management (as Collateral Manager) and US Bank Trustees Limited (as Trustee) effective as of 01 December 2013 (the "Deed") and performance of the activities contemplated therein will not in and of itself and at this time cause the current Moody's ratings of the Notes issued by the Issuer to be reduced or withdrawn. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the amendment could have other, non credit-related effects.
