Moody's: US high-yield bond covenant quality improves in September; Caa/Ca-rated bonds, E&P issuers return to market
New York, October 11, 2016 -- The covenant quality of North American high-yield bonds strengthened again in September, Moody's Investors Service says in its latest report on its Covenant Quality Index (CQI). The index, a three-month rolling average covenant quality score, came in at 4.32 last month compared with 4.34 in August, and is today at its most stable since 2013.
