Moody's upgrades Bank of Ireland's mortgage covered bonds to A1 from A3
London, 19 November 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today upgraded to A1 from A3 the rating of the covered bonds issued under the Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank Covered Bond Programme.
