Moody's updates on Siena Mortgages 09-6 S.r.l. following novation of the Italian Account Bank and Principal Paying Agent

London, 12 January 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the proposal to (i) replace Deutsche Bank S.p.A. in its roles as Italian Account Bank and Principal Paying Agent with Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch ("the Bank"); and (ii) retain the Bank in its role as English Account Bank following the recent downgrade of the Bank's long-term rating to A3 and its short-term rating to (P)P-2, will not, in and of itself at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current rating of the notes (the "Notes") issued by Siena Mortgages 09-6 S.r.l. ("the Issuer").
