Moody's updates on Green Apple B.V. (2007-I NHG portfolio and 2008-I NHG portfolio)

London, 08 July 2013 -- Moody's announced today that the transfer of the seller collection account from The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. ("RBS N.V.") to ABN AMRO N.V. ("ABN AMRO") and the novation of the role of the liquidity facility provider and GIC provider from RBS N.V. to The Royal Bank of Scotland plc ("RBS plc") would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade, the placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the notes issued by Green Apple B.V. (2007-I NHG portfolio).
