Moody's updates on Beluga, Dolphin and Goldfish Master Issuers

London, 01 July 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the merger of Direktbank N.V. ("DiBa", not rated), with ABN AMRO Bank Hypotheken Groep B.V. ("AAHG", not rated) and the related documentation amendments in and of themselves and at this point in time will not result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes for the following issuers
