Frankfurt am Main, September 02, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service stated today that amendments to some transaction documents of Arianna SPV S.r.l. (the "Issuer") will not in and of itself and at this time result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes issued by the Issuers (the "Notes").
