Moody's: Transaction amendments do not have a negative impact on Trafigura Securitisation Finance plc ratings

Paris, January 31, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the proposed amendments to the concentration limit for BNP Paribas SA, Credit Agricole SA, Credit Suisse AG, ING Bank NV, Natixis SA and Société Générale SA for which the maximum individual concentration, along with their respective group concentrations, are increased from 7.5% to 15% for as long as their respective rating are A2, and also can be accounted for in the requirement that at least 30% of obligors are to be rated A1 or higher (notwithstanding their then current rating at A2) and associated amendments to give effect to the proposal (the "Amendments") would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to debts issued by Trafigura Securitisation Finance plc (the "Issuer").
