Moody's takes actions on $34.6 million of second lien RMBS transactions from two issuers, issued in 2003 and 2006
New York, January 17, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has upgraded the ratings of Class M-1 and Class M-2 from RFMSII Home Loan Trust 2006-HI1 and downgraded the rating of Class A-5 from CWABS, INC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-S1. The collateral backing these deals primarily consists of closed end second lien loans.
