Moody's takes action on $169 million of Alt-A RMBS issued by Impac CMB Trust Series 2005-2
New York, January 10, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded three tranches issued by Impac CMB Trust Series 2005-2 Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2005-2. The collateral backing the deal primarily consists of first-lien, Alt-A residential mortgages. The actions impact approximately $169 million of RMBS issued in 2005.
