Moody's: Servicing transfer to Green Tree from OneWest has no negative ratings impact on two US RMBS transactions

New York, September 24, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") stated today that the transfer of servicing from OneWest Bank, F.S.B ("OneWest") of approximately 6,858 loans from two RMBS transactions to Green Tree Servicing LLC ("Green Tree") will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings on the securities issued by these transactions.
