Moody's reviews amendments to Custodial Agreements for BB&T Municipal Trust (Munic. Deriv.) Custody Receipts, Series 2008-1 DLL, 2008-3 DLL and 2008-4 DLL

New York, December 19, 2012 -- Moody's Investors Service, at the request of Branch Banking & Trust Company, has reviewed the proposed amendments dated as of December 19, 2012 (the "Amendment") to the Custodial Agreements relating to Custody Receipts, Series 2008-1 DLL, 2008-3 DLL and 2008-4 DLL. The Amendments will not have an adverse effect on the credit quality of the custody receipts and therefore will not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in reduction or withdrawal of Moody's rating. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the amendment could have other, non credit-related effects.
