Moody's/RCA CPPI up in June, led by the core commercial and apartment segments
New York, August 04, 2016 -- Moody's/RCA Commercial Property Price Indices (CPPI) national all-property composite index rose 2.6% in June, the rating agency says in its latest report on US commercial real estate prices. In the apartment segment of the index prices rose by 2.3% and in the larger, core commercial segment, they were up 2.7%.
