Moody's: Ratings of Eurocredit CDO IV B.V. notes unaffected by execution of deed of amendment
London, 15 February 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the deed of amendment (the "Deed") between, and amongst others, Eurocredit CDO IV B.V. (the "Issuer"), Intermediate Capital Managers Limited (the "Investment Manager") and BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services LTD (the "Trustee"), as dated on, or about 12th February 2016, will not, in and of itself, and at this time, cause the current Moody's ratings of the Notes issued by the Issuer to be reduced or withdrawn.
