New York, November 12, 2014 -- Moody's Covenant Quality Index hit a new low in October after another month in which North American high-yield bonds received weak scores for the quality of their covenant protections, the rating agency says in a new report. The index, which uses a three-month rolling average, came in at 4.36 in October, compared with 4.25 in September.
