Moody's: North American Covenant Quality Improves in May, but No Clear Trend
New York, June 11, 2014 -- North American high-yield bond covenant quality improved slightly in May after decreasing the prior month, Moody's Investors Service says in a new report, "Bond Covenant Quality Improves in May After a Decline in April." The zig-zag in 2014's monthly covenant quality continues, with the average covenant quality score at 4.07 last month, compared with 4.19 in April and 4.13 in March.
