Moody's: No ratings impact on BHEA 2004 student loan notes from issuer change to BELA
New York, January 30, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that the execution of the Irrevocable Assignment and Assumption agreement would not, in and of itself and at this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes issued by Brazos Higher Education Authority, Inc. (2004 Indenture).
