Moody's: No rating impact on notes issued by CELF Low Levered Partners plc. following entry into bilateral agreement with hedge counterparty under EMIR regulation

London, 22 October 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") announced today that the proposed entry into a EMIR Protocol Reconciliation, Dispute Resolution and Disclosure Agreement with its hedge counterparty to reflect certain portfolio reconciliation and dispute resolution obligations imposed by EMIR regulation and to include certain confidentiality waivers relating to reporting and record keeping obligations also under EMIR, would not in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the rating assigned to the notes issued by CELF Low Levered Partners plc:
