Moody's: No rating impact on J.G. Wentworth XXXIII LLC Series 2014-3 ABS following addition of receivables

New York, January 26, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that the addition of receivables, executed on 26 January 2015, to the collateral backing the J.G. Wentworth XXXIII, LLC (the Issuer) Series 2014-3 Class A and Class B Asset Backed Notes (together, the Notes), would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade, the placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to the Notes.
