Moody's: No rating impact on Citibank Omni card ABS following extension of Class 2014-A1 Notes

New York, November 01, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the extension of the Omniseries Class 2014-A1 Notes on 1 November 2016 (the Extension) would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by the Citibank Omni Master Trust. As a result of the Extension, the expected maturity of the notes is now 7 November 2018. Additionally, the notes' coupon and scheduled coupon payment dates were also adjusted for the duration of the extension period.
