New York, September 18, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the issuance of the Barclays Dryrock Issuance Trust, Series 2014-3 Class A and Class B Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes on 18 September 2014 would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to any class of outstanding securities issued by the Barclays Dryrock Issuance Trust.
