Moody's: No rating impact on Bank of America's card ABS following merger of FIA and Bank of America
New York, October 01, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the execution of the following amendments to the BA Credit Card Trust program documents on 1 October 2014, in conjunction with the merger of FIA Card Services, National Association with its affiliate Bank of America, National Association would not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by the trust:
