Moody's: No rating impact on AB Funding following amendments
Sydney, July 06, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service says that the execution of AB Funding Pty Limited's Amending Deed No. 5, the change in the interest cap swap counterparty to Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and the reduction of the interest cap to 6% (the Amendments) will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the current rating of the Variable Funding Certificates (VFCs) issued by the above mentioned trust.
