Moody's: No rating impact on AB Funding following amendment

Sydney, April 02, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that the execution of AB Funding Pty Limited's Amending Deed No. 4, containing various changes to the VFC Subscription Agreement and Pricing Supplements on 31 March 2014 (the Amendment) will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the current rating of the Variable Funding Certificates (VFCs) issued by the above mentioned trust.
